The screenshots are from indicator-network 0.3.6 and it's not using GtkSwitch currently. It's actually using a custom widgets, search toggleswitch.vala from indicator-network sources. indicator-network will be changed to use GtkWidget once Ubuntu has switched to gtk3. But as we are still using gtk2, we had to implement a custom widget.
