Ok, then it could be a problem of bug management in these cases. Should we then open a new bug with the same subject and contents? As we can't distinguish between the two bugs, the two entries in launchpad would have the same information. Maybe we must work in the correct identification of "the other bug" but the start of the bug report will be the same "Pressing <Enter> causes X to freeze"
