I have the same problem after upgrade to 0.2.5: my /home is on dm- crypt+LVM and when I type my long password, I get this warning. My experience is that if I continue typing my password (not getting distracted), I can get through and my /home is mounted properly. Will need to do more boots to see if I can see failure of boot.
