There has been several objections to this change. But IMO , this doesnt seem wrong/ugly/intrusive! They seem to have done it due to concerns raised by other bug reporters in other bugs. We might not like how it looks at first but it doesnt need the negativism this bug has generated. new changes might seem different initially.... just my 2 cents :)
