We seek applications to fill a postdoctoral researcher position in the area of statistical machine learning and its application to analysis of clinical data. The selected applicants will join an interdisciplinary team in developing, implementing, and evaluating innovative machine-learning methods for analyzing data in electronic health records. The applicants should have a Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field. The applicants should have extensive experience in the development and application of machine learning methods that involve high-dimensional, time-series datasets, and working knowledge of relational databases. Previous work in analysis of data in electronic health records is a plus. The application should include a cover letter describing the applicants interest in the position, a detailed CV including a list of publications, a short research statement, and the names and contacts of at least three references.
