This is getting off topic for the U-Boot list. Plus, it looks like you're using a Freescale-provided kernel. Please e-mail supp...@freescale.com, or try the latest upstream kernel and get help from linuxppc-...@lists.ozlabs.org. But in this case, since this is your custom board, and it works on the evaluation board, this is something you'll need to debug yourself (or hire someone to debug).
