Hi Eric, Thanks for your reply. I sorted out, that the AT91Bootstrap impacts the U-Boot. See http://lists.denx.de/pipermail/u-boot/2010-August/075646.html. I am using a hardware which is based on the EK board from Atmel and I will try out the new driver patch from Reinhard to see if it helps me out.
