Oh bother, thanks for trying it. I think in fixing the opposite problem from v1 I've missed a depends on NET. Is your board covered by the Travis tests as I did push v2 and got a green build? Unfortunately my laptop decided to die overnight and I'm away from the office for a couple of weeks so I'll have to pick it up when I'm back.
