So why you try to read data via tftp? How about fatload or ext2load? As Anatolij pointed out you need to use the bmp command to display some memory range which contains the BMP image. To get the BMP image there you can use tftp, however your server (192.168.1.176) seems not to provide the image (/tftpboot/lvds.bmp), cause it runs always in timeout. Just my 2¢, sorry, I can not help you with the i.mx and lcd setup.
