Sorry Bob - from CA it is hard to tell the difference between PA and NJ.
But dont take it out on my state with the "not-so-golden" line. Jerry
Brown's California is resurgent, and golden once more. I don't think there
is a better place to ride out the apocalypse of the next 4 years than in
this Oasis, which will be running on Obama values and and economic engine
that is set to roar again. We may not yet have fully recovered from the
12-year race to mediocrity run by Deukmejian and Wilson, then crippled by
the Great Bush recession, but the feeling in may part of the vineyard is
that CA is once again one of the nation's leading states.

And for Tom - I agree that in this case "alleged" probably best refers to
the person accused of committing the murder than to the murder itself,
though I suppose in the universe of some CBS procedural it might turnout to
have been a suicide or accident. Has a coroner formally ruled the COD as at
the hands of another?
