I popped an older tape into my VCR and this is what playback now looks like...

Is there a way to clean the head(s) without resorting to a cleaning kit or is that my only option, provided I can even find a cleaning kit. If it means anything, it's only fuzzing on every 2nd frame and tracking makes no difference at all.
