Hello Daniel, meanwhile I removed the latest version of Tortoise SVN which was 1.14.9 - AEM 64 and installed the older one: 1.14.3.
It does not work with Windows Explorer (right mouse button => Tortoise SVN - it is just not there) but command line works perfectly and this solves my problem.
