<disclaimer>I am not a lawyer, so if you rely on my opinion to make legal
decisions, you deserve whatever you get, and I disclaim all liability.
:)</disclaimer>

I understand the need to credit Apache, but the license says nothing about
having to credit them on your website. IANAL, but as far as I can tell, you
are free to credit them solely within your running executable if you like.

Snippet one:
 * 2. Redistributions in binary form must reproduce the above copyright
 * notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer in
 * the documentation and/or other materials provided with the
 *    distribution.

It says in the documentation *and/or* other materials provided. I could see
where one may interept other materials provided to include the binary
executables.

Snippet two:
 * 3. The end-user documentation included with the redistribution, if
 * any, must include the following acknowlegement:
 * "This product includes software developed by the
 *        Apache Software Foundation (http://www.apache.org/)."
 * Alternately, this acknowlegement may appear in the software itself,
 * if and wherever such third-party acknowlegements normally appear.

This one blatently says that the acknowledge may appear in the software
itself.
