Just as a follow up to one of Matts comments about the reduction of spam , while he says he didn't see a great reduction, I saw a reduction from 200 - 300 hundred spams a day down to 5 - 6 a week.
We host two clients who don't want greylisting and their domains are easy enough to whitelist with the patch supplied on Bills page.
