Thank you for the reminder about the procedures.
There is the following sentence in RFC 2418: "WG participants should
specifically note the requirements for disclosure of conflicts of
interest in [2].". The referenced document is RFC 2028. I could not
find any requirements in RFC 2028 or the document which replaced it.
Are there any requirements for disclosure of conflict of interests?
