So I was wrong the .ico is working. BUT $:/favicon.ico is blank. The banner.ico is still there when I look for it this time, wasn't when I searched before so I probably searched wrong or misspelled something.
So I see what I am supposed too but the [[$:/favicon.ico]] is blank. I will test with a 16 X 16 one to see if that changes things.
