In another thread, fellow tiddleur Mohammad suggested I make screencasts to 
demo some stuff. I agree and it's one of those "ought to do" things I've 
been thinking of forever.

Actually, if there's a very simple workflow we could encourage more people 
to do this overall. I think it would benefit the TW project.

So how can I do this "very easily"? It must be super simple. I don't want 
to have to study a lot of stuff about editing and special software and yet 
I want the following:

Toggle live between recording:
 - only the screen (preferably a specific browser tab)
 - the screen plus also a small frame with my face in a corner
 - only my face
Add a premade intro or end segment to the result.
Put up on youtube easily.

Suggestions?
