thank very much Giovanni and thanks again Jeroa i've done what is very clearly explained but not there is a little thing i dont know how to do : 1) it is written meta-e p what i interprete as "meta+E" then P it should be written that meta (command in my case on mac) should be maintained so "meta" pressed then E then P while meta pressed 2) when i press meta then E+P it seems to call a menu item in the "file" menu item since this menu gets blue a while ; but as i search in this menu i can't find the instruction ; in general, all menu items show the shortcut ; in this case the shortcut exists but not the menu item ; matybe it is not a problem 3) when doing meta E+P, it opens a pdf of my .tm file, called "preview" and it i command-clikc on the bar of this pdf, macos shows me that the path is .TeXmacs/system/tmp so not the expected path ; have i done wrong something ?
