That repository has texlive-collection-langcjk-2011-5.20120115_r25109.svn25266.noarch.rpm TeXLive currently has revision 25417 of that collection, which is presumably more recent. And hundreds of other updates to TeXLive2011 have not been tracked by the rpms. I appreciate that the OP may not need or care about these updates but in his first post it seemed he wasn't satisfied with the cjk on F15, or perhaps he just didn't know how to install it.
