Hi, I've got it! It turned out to be a problem with the physical network connection, not Linux at all. The box is up and running on both networks. Interestingly enough, Caldera successfully detected both cards. All I really had to do was add Internet addresses and go. Oh, the default gateway on the second card has to be set to the address of the first. Thanks for e-listening.
