Acronis makes it simple.  Free bootable ISO is available for Seagate or WD
drives--only one of the two drives needs be the matching OEM.

Drive connections can be whatever--both SATA, one SATA & one external USB,
et al.  Allows some flexibility on moved partition sizes.  Only meant for
whole disk migration in these two editions.
