Other than technical features that are of arguable value to a business
(faster CPU, etc...), consider that the 5 series is far more durable than
the 4.  4s are sandwiched between two exposed glass panels, either of which
can and will break easily when dropped.  The 5 series has glass only on the
front (tiny rear panels not withstanding), and the corners of the glass are
far more protected than on the 4.  The repair cost of the glass should be
considered as part of the cost of the phone.

That said, the aluminum frame of the 5's is far more susceptible to dents
and scratches than the steel frame of the 4 series, but any issues there
are purely cosmetic.  A broken screen is something that needs to be fixed.
