I would never willing work on Struts again. Having said that, we have a 2.0 product that is written in struts and I will have to maintain it. But unless I am desperate, I won't take a struts job. When the job description says struts, I delete and move on. So, Frank they are all yours ;-).
And any place I go into, if they don't have a UI in place, you can bet I am pushing Tapestry. regards, Mark -----Original Message----- From: Frank Russo [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thu 12/8/2005 10:57 AM To: Tapestry users Subject: RE: tapestry to JSF conversion I'm entertaining using JSF on my next project for that reason. Corporate support. Unfortunately, we don't always get to use the best tool, when it's not the most marketable. We all have to think about job security. Learning the standards can sometimes guarantee job stability, if it's widely used. That's why I've been developing in Struts for the past 4 years. There are more jobs out there for Struts than Tapestry. I just starting using Tapestry, and so far, I like it, but I am worried about future marketability. Sorry if that offends any of the die-hard OS developers, but it's reality in most cases...
