Scott,
I would suggest that after you get the date and time set correctly, that you
make it a practice to charge the battery before it completely dies and to
charge it with the phone turned on. I agree with the post that mentioned
the internal battery that keeps the clock running as the cause of the
problem. My N82 lost its time and date for a while a couple of years ago,
but I haven't had the problem since I adopted the charging procedure
mentioned above.

Battery issue? Sim card issue? Battery seems to charge properly .I do not
