Is this happening when the phone battery dies completely? If so it sounds
like the internal battery, which keeps the time, date, etc going, may be
dead. I have this problem with my N85 but have learned to live with it since
the phone is pretty much on its last breath anyway.

What is people's experience when a phone is not keeping the correct date?
Battery issue? Sim card issue? Battery seems to charge properly .I do not
have a data package to correct the date and time.
