I think you're talking about getting the "memory full" error. All you should
have to do for this is power the phone off then back on again and it should
take care of it.

phone was full. On exploring the file manager, I found a
folder something dump, not quite sure, it had over 300 items
in it, I had to empty it, I just hope it was ok to do this.
I am not sure what the files were but it was clogging up my

hi elanor.
ok i got a workaround with the e mail problem on my nokia
e5.
i used google to see if i could find a solution and within
the nokia forums i found out that the e5 had a glitch when
setting up mail boxes.
i followed the instructions that were given on the forum and
set up the mail box manually instead of using the presets
that we had on the phone yesterday.
