You can ot re-enable it by a key press. You must go into the menu and then select Talks from there. Then you can enable it from within the talks settings and it will be talking you through the Talks settings. This is why you should do one of the following. 1. Move Talks so that it is at the top of bottom of your menu. This away you can just go into the Menu and press Select or press Up arrow (list mode) and then select to get into the Talks settings. 2.
