Hi Milica, Ok, just changed an E5 product code so I'll go over what I did. NSS didn't work for me so use NSS pro. Download link: http://www.genieprojects.co.uk/files/NssPro_0.50.zip Extract that, connect the phone via USB in pc suite mode. Ensure that PC suite itself and pc sync are disabled and run the program. Unlike the old NSS, the dialog here is fairly accessible. To change the product code, put the new product code into the box and tab through to the first enable button. Route jaws to pc and left click the button as spacebar didn't check it for me then click the write button. It should say, successfully wrote product code or the like somewhere near the top of the dialog. Checking the enable box is the tricky part with jaws as jaws doesn't read it as checked even when it is so trial and error.
All this assumes you are setting an appropriate product code of course. If you have the NAM version of the e5, I wouldn't be setting to an euro variant were I you.
