Yes, OutLook Express supports IMAP, you'd just need to reconfigure your e-mail 
account to be using IMAP rather than POP3, and that will fix it... then on both 
your handsets set them to use IMAP... now you'll have e-mail on all three 
items...

whatever is on your computer will appear on both phones, if you delete an item 
from phone 1, it will disappear from the computer and phone 2.
