hi Stephen, congrets that you found a easyers solutions rather to deal with those front line CS. but however, the experience i am sharing below is due to the fact that my local operator does not provide the call forwarding feature to prepaid numbers, but the "active diverts" message still pop-up. therefore the method you mention is not workable in my case. but anyway, thanks for sharing.
