congrets that you found a easyers solutions rather to deal with those front 
line CS. but however, the experience i am sharing below 
is due to the fact that my local operator does not provide the call forwarding 
feature to prepaid numbers, but the "active diverts" 
message still pop-up. therefore the method you mention is not workable in my 
case. but anyway, thanks for sharing.

hi alan and all those who tried to help out with this problem.
ok i have got it sorted and it did not involve me calling my service
provider.
her is what i did.
i went to menu, tools, settings, phone, call divert and went through the 3
options there and pressed options on each one and cancelled the divert.
hope this helps anyone else with this problem.
