I could be wrong but I believe it means that if you are calling a number
which has been diverted then your phone with Talks is alerting you to the
fact that this facility is enabled on your phone.

when i amake a call on my n95 it will announce "note, active diverts"
followed by calling whoever i am calling.
can anyone say what active diverts are??
is there a setting i can change to get rid of this?
i am using a nokia n95, talks 5.20 and am on the o2 network.
