I am glad you posted this Maurice as I feel that Bernards anxiety is a little exagerated.'i have never lost any data on upgrading though it is fair to say on N95 and E71 I did have to reinstall Talks and restore registration. Hi. Sorry for the delay in responding here. A week or so ago I decided to update both the firmware and software on the N86. Both updated very successfully and it didn't affect talks at all. Is this of any help.
