I Wouldn't assume the Talks developers are ignorant of this request or
are ignoring it, although it obviously doesn't hurt to bring it up and
try to bring it to their attention. One thing we don't know is how much
effort is involved here. Does Code Factory's screen reader on the
Symbian platform support this feature? If not, it may indicate how
difficult this feature is to implement. Don't forget too, that the Talks
developers need to jubble multiple priorities. Supporting the help
subsystem on some platforms, supporting new handsets and new levels of
firmware, being able to read the symbols table, email access across all
handsets and so on. It isn't clear to me what their top priority should
be, especially when I don't know how difficult it is to resolve these
different issues.

One small nit, changing the subject line may help bring this to the
attention of the Talks developers.
