I'm sure there is a hard reset but I can't remember what it is. There is perhaps one other rather obvious thing I might suggest, can you get hold of another battery to try? Maurice. Just wondered if there might be some sort of boust button where a pin or something may be used to try and turn on the phone. Unfortunately it is one of these phones where the battery does not come out.
