Bernard,

the most recent updates to the devices are including fundamental updates to 
Symbian on the phone and this is why it is braking accessibility, albeit 
temporarily, until the next version of Talks is out.

the rule has always been, do not update, unless Nuance or a dealer says its 
fine to do so. CF and MS will be just as open and susceptible to these issues.
