In all fairness, even IOS has similar issues. Case and point, the latest update 4.31, several users on the viphone list have reported an issue where Voice Over suddenly stops working. Even if they have the triple tap of the home key feature set up to toggle Voice Over on and off the only thing that seems to work is to have a sighted person go into hthe settings and turn VO off then reboot and then turn it back on hence the reason I have not done that update to mine. Bottom line, there's no one perfect solution, they all have their own issues especially when it comes to accessibility.
