I think most symbian base phones can be consider as smartphones, or maybe not all of them, or maybe i'm wrong too. but however, i am using nokia's most recent device which is catagorize under smartphone without any problem. I am using nokia x6 and also nokia n8 together with the latest release of talks which is 5.20.3.
