when did you get the code, is your phone new, or did you get it second hand, if that phone has ever, ever at all, had a demo code issued for it, then a new one will not work.
so if you, or anyone else, has ever issued a demo code, then you cannot get a new one. even if you ask for one, and you get one, it won't work. if you really think it should work send me the IMEI number to serv...@talknav.com and we'll take a look for you.
