No sighted help isn't needed to change the icons if they are needed. I'm
totally blind and do all my icons if they aren't in Talks to start with. Most
of the time it is very easy to tell what a icon is for. This is true for Skype
on 3rd edition phones.

Hardware eventually fails, software eventually works.
No amount of bandwidth can fix poor design.

I'm sure I can do the dictionary file ok but is sighted help needed with the
icon adjustments. I have not downloaded the new files yet as I was not sure
re the icon alterations that are needed.
