In the ASCII and Windows character sets, this character is listed as "up
arrow" or "caret", not just "up arrow".

Asking the question in the incomplete or incorrect way that you have, can
lead someone to think that you are trying the represent the "up Arrow"
keystroke, which is not the same thing at all.

Please do not think I am being overly critical, I am just clarifying an
inaccuracy in your question, to make it clearer to fellow listers, what you
are wanting to achieve.  No offence was, or is intended.
