That is the Not Symbolor caret Symbol. Never had a reason to use it on the
cell phone. At least JAWS calls it the Carret Symbol. When looking through
the Symbol screen on my N95, I do not find any Not or Carret Symbol. So this
could meen one of many things.
1. Talks reads it as something else.
2. Talks doesn't see it.
3. The Symbol for that character doesn't exist on the cell phone.
