Witch program. The log is built into all Nokia phones. Where it is found will differ on the model of the phone. Some people get to part of the log by pressing the call button from the standby screen. Then use left and right arrows to move between the three tab of the recieve, dialed, and missed calls. But like i said by going into it this away, you can not get to the other functions of the log. You can not get to the call timer information or the data information nor the full log detail information. The only way to get to that information is to go and find the log in the menu or set one of your shortcut to it. There are at least 3 icons that can also be define in the full detail part of the log to tell you what is incoming, outgoing and missed.

All it takes is a parsel data time packet to wipe out the log. I've had this happen. So stopped using the auto time update being it causes to many issues for me. I from time to time have this issue. On this phone. If removing the battery doesn't fix it, then i turn the phone face down and tap it a few times.
