On my N82 phone I have the clock set to automatic and it keep the correct time and even change when we have to set our time in the fall and spring. I just got back from Washington DC last Sunday with my wife and my time set automaticly to Eastern and Central with out going into the menu.

I from time to time have this issue. On this phone. If removing the battery doesn't fix it, then i turn the phone face down and tap it a few times. So far it has fixed the issue the two or three times i have had this issue. This trick may or may not work on your phone. After all, it is a different model. Smile.
