Secondo la pagina [1] si può usare: "fixme=continue with noexit=no for nodes that constitute the final known point in a way" ed anche in [2] dice: "Use fixme=continue (or any other comment) to show that a way starts here or that the way is going further but is not mapped yet." Come mia usanza ne approfitto ed aggiungo una mia domanda :-) Sapete dirmi la differenza tra surface=earth e surface=dirt? Forse suolo compatto e terra?
