Hey, Happy to provide some more context. The tag being voted is a brand new tag that has never been used before namely virtual_tour. So it is normal that it cannot be found in taginfo as it has never been used before.
The only reason this one person rejects the proposal is because the tag has never been used in OSM. Meanwhile, I have used this tag for 4 objects, so this tag now does show up in taginfo. So basically, the reason for rejection is no longer correct as the tag has now been used and the tag is therefore in the statestats. Since a no vote outweighs a yes vote, it seems fair to me that a no vote may only be used if a substantiated reason is given. So not to simply vote no because the tag does not appear in the statesticks, which is normal with a brand new tag.... If you follow this reasoning (voting no because a new tag should not be voted) then this means that any brand new tag should not be approved....
