you state the problem that makes the algorithm bad :)
when you want to go to a surface object, you don't want
to go to the centroid
for surface objects, take :
- all entrance=* objects on the outer with priority given to main
entrances (and parking if you're in vehicle mode)
- if there are none, take the intersection with all highway=*
- classify these itineraries as any other (fastest, shortest, ...)
