Yes, pretty much sounds like a cukrászda to me. ;-) Especially if they prepare their own desserts and if they take custom orders (why shouldn't they if they already have a pastry cook?).
Do they have waited tables? Do they serve alcohol? It would be great if you could share a link to their website or some photos so we could see for ourselves.
