The Wikipedia article on dispensary https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dispensary discusses this meaning (a place where drugs are dispensed), and no other, in its introduction. Yet for some reason, despite it not being mentioned at all in the introduction, the first section after the introduction discusses its meaning as an outpatient health facility in Kenya. Yes, this would cause confusion in OSM. -- Paul
