How do you tag an area of 2 level houses in (suburban) Moscow?

In the USA, it’s common to have 1 to 2 level detached houses in “old”
neighborhoods near a city center which are considered “urban”.

And what about neighborhoods in Asian that are all single-level houses, but
very close together (sometimes attaches to sharing side walks). This can be
seen in old town and city neighborhoods here in Indonesia
