cafés (places that sell food and beverages) and "gaming centers"
which offer internet access as a sideline to their main businesses.
I propose to use a more verbose tag than "gaming centre", e.g.
lan_gaming_centre or multiplayer_computer_gaming etc., something that
will get less confused with bingo halls or other kind of gaming or
gambling venues.
computer_gaming might be 'best'?
